don’t look too hard at these photos because i’ve been super lazy about taking them, but some things i’ve made recently:
- quinoa with roasted sweet potato, acorn squash, and eggplant (loosely based on this)
- sweet potato blondies and chai-spiced chocolate chip shortbread (both from vegan cookies etc. etc.)
- chesapeake tempeh cakes (from vegan brunch)
- homemade pizza with spinach, mushrooms, olives, and grape tomatoes (and daiya to ruin the presentation)
