don’t look too hard at these photos because i’ve been super lazy about taking them, but some things i’ve made recently:

  1. quinoa with roasted sweet potato, acorn squash, and eggplant (loosely based on this)
  2. sweet potato blondies and chai-spiced chocolate chip shortbread (both from vegan cookies etc. etc.)
  3. chesapeake tempeh cakes (from vegan brunch)
  4. homemade pizza with spinach, mushrooms, olives, and grape tomatoes (and daiya to ruin the presentation)
